Queen Mary 2:

Introduction

Queen Mary 2, a ship of superlatives. Cunard’s new flagship sparkles with bright ideas and innovations, including the first planetarium at sea, the first Canyon Ranch SpaClub® on the ocean waves, and an astonishingly diverse cultural enrichment programme that makes broadening your horizons terrific fun.

Where to begin listing the 101 superlatives and imaginative innovations that make the world’s most expensive liner ever built the spellbinding pleasure she is? Over three-quarters of her staterooms have verandahs. Her 14 passenger decks accommodate pretty much every mould-breaking extravagance you care to dream up – from the first planetarium and the first Veuve Clicquot Champagne Bar to the largest ever ballroom at sea. In her thrilling restaurants, superstar chefs create a culinary experience to rival any on land, anywhere in the world. And when you explore ConneXions™ – Cunard’s astonishingly diverse and accessible lifestyle programme – you’ll find inspiration to last a lifetime.

In a realm where culture coexists happily with casinos, clubs and cabaret, you’ll find Illuminations, Queen Mary 2’s unique planetarium at sea. At the Royal Court Theatre, a repertoire is created specifically for Queen Mary 2. And in our Maritime Quest you’ll discover a fun way to interact with Cunard’s fascinating heritage. Meet our most famous former guests and sample a flavour of life ‘between decks’ as the bellboys sally forth to pamper yesteryear’s most privileged.
